School Readiness Day

2-5  p.m., Friday, Aug. 24, BGHS cafeteria

Intended primarily for families qualifying for free or reduced-price lunch. It is asked that students be pre-registered by calling the North County Community Food Bank, 687-5007, or Battle Ground Adventist Community Service, 687-3459. NOTE: Separate reservations needed for immunizaitons. See below.

Pre-Registered children: supplies available 2 - 5pm
Non-Registered: 4-5:30 pm or while supplies last
Services provided include:

  • Free immunizations (6 months through 18 years of age). Guardian Consent and
    Immunization record required, 1pm-6pm. Immunizations appointment required, SeaMar 360-566-4410 or 566-4427
  • Referrals to community resources
  • Nutrition information
  • Health insurance information
  • DSHS
  • Children’s clothes and books (gently used)
  • School supplies - for students who qualify for free/reduced lunches from the following zip codes: 98601, 98604 (Battle Ground School District), 98606 (Hockinson School District), 98622, 98674 (Clark County), 98675
